Friends… I treated myself to an hour an a half massage this afternoon at FlakeHaven with Hope from Hands in Motion and let me tell you… if it would have been appropriate to have flat out cheered during parts of it, I would have. 🤣 We started with a thorough consultation, addressed any physical issues, discussed what intensity level I felt would be best, etc. During the massage, she immediately noted that my upper back and shoulders were super tight and focused on them heavily. She even did some cupping in my problem areas! Look it up—super beneficial. She grabbed a bottle of water for me afterwards and instructed me on the best follow up care following a therapeutic massage. I will be going back regularly.
